Animal Adaptations and Human impacts: I Created my 3 logo designs using this Free Logo Design app: freelogodesign.org
A variety of Apps were used in this Media Art composition:
Microphone: Nextech Desktop Microphone with Detachable Tripod Stand works well with my ipad and Soundbooth, because it has a 2.5 m cord, and has the right 3.5 mm adapter on the end to plug directly into both my ipad and my Macbook without needing to download any software.. The microphone has an off button, and 2 microphones inside for extra output volume. Sound is recorded through 2 receiving modules which provide a more stable profile. I tried it out in the store, but couldn't really hear the quality... I will be trying it soon for my next voice over project. Soundbooth: Materials: My soundbooth was fairly easy to make once I had rounded up all the materials:
I cut the foam to size. I used one large piece to cover the walls and ensured that I didn't press the foam all the way in the bottom corners so that my Soundbooth becomes narrow in the back and wider in the front. I used two separate pieces for the top and the bottom, and used some of the narrow thin trimmings I cut away from the bigger pieces to fill any small gaps where the seams met. I then sprayed inside the bin and the back of each piece of foam with the adhesive spray before pressing each one into the bin. The trickiest one was the first larger one, I made sure my foam was even with the lip of the bin, so that my Soundbooth can also double as a place to store my sound editing and recording equipment when transporting. My favourite feature of this Soundbooth is that I can easily store and transport useful recording tools right inside it with a protective lid! |
